Easy—just use the link in your appointment confirmation email to cancel your existing appointment. Once confirmed, you’ll have the option to “Book a New Appointment” (aka “reschedule”).
FYI: You’ll receive confirmation that your appointment is canceled via email, and if you choose to reschedule, a new appointment confirmation email as well.
